1. Not personalized investment advice

Furplexity is an illustrative financial planning tool. Every lump sum, SIP, and step-up SIP figure it shows you is a mathematical projection based on the numbers and assumptions you (or the app's defaults) enter — it is not a personalized recommendation to invest in any specific mutual fund, security, or financial product. Nothing on this app should be treated as investment advice tailored to your individual financial situation.

2. Assumptions are estimates, not guarantees

Figures like cost inflation, lump-sum returns, SIP returns, and step-up percentages are user-adjustable assumptions, not promises of future performance. Actual pet-care costs and actual investment returns will differ from these projections — potentially significantly. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risk; please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing, wherever you choose to invest.

3. Cost benchmarks are reference points only

The pre-filled costs for food, grooming, vet visits, insurance, and other categories reflect approximate 2026 India market benchmarks, gathered for illustrative purposes. Actual costs vary by city, pet, breed, and provider. Always confirm current pricing with your own vet, groomer, or insurer rather than relying on these figures as quotes.

4. Breed data is general, not diagnostic

Breed-specific life expectancy and "conditions to watch for" reflect general tendencies for that breed, not a prediction or diagnosis for your individual pet. They're provided as planning context for your Emergency Fund and Senior Living Fund — not as veterinary guidance. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for anything related to your pet's actual health.

5. Our relationship to mutual fund distribution

Spectra Enterprise Network, which operates Furplexity, is engaged in mutual fund distribution activity separately from this app, holding AMFI registration ARN-282883. Furplexity itself does not currently facilitate, execute, or process any investment transaction — the "Invest Now" and "Talk to an Advisor" options shown in the app are placeholders for future functionality and are not currently active. Nothing in Furplexity should be read as an offer, solicitation, or distribution of any specific mutual fund scheme.

6. The in-app assistant

The chat assistant available in Furplexity is powered by a general-purpose AI language model. Its responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. It does not have access to your saved plan data, and its responses do not constitute professional financial or veterinary advice. Verify anything important independently.

7. Consult a professional

For advice specific to your financial situation, speak with a licensed, SEBI-registered investment adviser or an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor. For anything about your pet's health, speak with a licensed veterinarian. Furplexity is a planning aid to support those conversations, not a replacement for them.
