Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Furplexity, operated by Spectra Enterprise Network, a sole proprietorship based in Visakhapatnam, India ("Furplexity", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Furplexity, you agree to these terms.

1. What Furplexity is

Furplexity is a financial planning tool that helps pet owners estimate and plan for the lifetime cost of caring for a pet — including setup costs, monthly expenses, an emergency fund, a senior living fund, and a projected investment plan (lump sum, flat SIP, or step-up SIP) to fund it.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Furplexity. You're responsible for keeping your account access secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. Sign-in is passwordless — access to your account is tied to access to your email inbox.

3. Free to use, for now

Furplexity does not currently charge for access or process any payments. If we introduce paid features in the future, we'll update these terms and clearly communicate any changes before they apply to you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Furplexity for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, including attempting to bypass rate limits or security controls.
• Use the in-app assistant to attempt to extract, generate, or request harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

5. Intellectual property

Furplexity's design, code, breed-preset data, and content are owned by Spectra Enterprise Network. The financial figures and plan data you enter remain yours — we don't claim ownership over the specific numbers you input.

6. No professional advice

Nothing in Furplexity constitutes personalized investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or veterinary advice. All cost benchmarks, breed data, and return/inflation assumptions are illustrative estimates, not guarantees. 7. Service provided "as is"

Furplexity is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any projection or estimate will match your actual future costs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spectra Enterprise Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Furplexity, including any financial decisions made based on figures generated by the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using Furplexity and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Furplexity evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
